Papad KI Churi


Another favourite Marwadi snack that often accompaines meals.. As the name suggests it is a preparation of roasted and crushed papads which are toss in onions and spice powder. Papad ki churi is a delicious indian recipe served as a snacks.. It is popular in north india especially in rajasthan, the land of dessert..


Here the black salt and chopped coriander leaves gives delicious flavour to this recipe.. It is very intresting as we mostly enjoy fried papad with a mixture of onion, chilli powder, coriander are combain to became as a best evening snacks.. But we also use these papads in making of curries...



So try this yummy recipe and let me know how it turn out.....

Preparation time : 5 mins
Making time : 10 mins
Serve - 3 
Cusine - Rajasthani

INGREDIENTS :

Papad - 5 (larged, roasted, and crushed)
Onion - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Black salt / sanchal - 1/2 tspn
Coriander / cilantro - 2 tbspn (chopped)

METHOD :

  • Take crushed roasted papad in a mixing bowl.
  • Add in chopped onions, chilli powder, black salt, salt, coriander leaves.
  • Combain these all ingredients and serve immediately...

PICTORIAL :


Take your ingredints
Papad in a bowl
Add in chopped onions
Chilli powder
Season with some salt
Then black salt
Add some chopped fresh coriander leaves
Mix well
Now it's done
Serve immediately
Enjoy....
