The veg cheese sandwich recipe is quick and easy to make and is a healthy and yummy sandwich filled with various vegetables and cheese. It is ideal for breakfast and evening snack. It is real pick you up for a tried evening to boost your energy...The cheese in between the toasted bread melting alround the corners of the sandwich.
The fried garlic flavour and butter gives execellant aromatic taste to the dish.. Specially when they are toasted till crispy, The taste is so yum and so filling.. More often i love to have sandwiches for lunch. It has lots of veggies in them and they all taste so yummy with a spread of cilantro and sprinkle of oregano on it...
These sandwich are great for lunchbox too, you can skip any veggies that you like to have on it. Hope you will love them as much as i do and let me know how it turns out for you..

Makes : 5 set of sandwiches
INGREDIENTS :
Sandwich bread - 1 pocket
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
Beans - 10 (chopped)
Carrot - 2 (sliced)
Cabbage - 1 cup (sliced)
Butter - as needed
Cheese - as needed
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 10 (minced)
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Add butter to the pan and add in minced garlic, toss well in butter.
- Now add in sliced onionsand toss well till it transparent.
- Add in all veggies, salt, and salt and saute evenly.
- Then add in oregano and greated cheese on it, suddenly off the stove and mix well.
- Now the filling veggies is ready to make sandwich.
- Take a bread slice and top with some veggies, some cilantro and cover it with other slice of bread.
- Place it on the heated tawa and add butter to that, flip over it and again add in some butter and toast well.
- Remove to plate and cut into half and serve
PICTORIAL :
Take your veggies
Add butter to your pan
Minced garlic
Toss well for 2 mins
Sliced onion
Saute it well in butter
Add in all veggies and toss for a min
Add in salt and pepper powder on it
Add some oregano
Add in grated cheese and off the stove
Mix evenly
Now take all ingredients
Take a bread slice
Arrange some veggies on the bread
Add in some cilantro
Place another slice of bread on the top
Place it on the heated tawa and some butter
Flip it over and some butter
Slice it
Serve it with sauce
