Bhindi Fry / Vendakkai Pakoda / Okra Fry is a very simple and crispy recipe with gorgeous lady's finger... This is one recipe which I made recently and it result was so amzing, felt in love with it... Usually we make poriyal, pachadi, sambar puli kuzhmbu with lady's finger but this is totally different and so too good...
I love the simplicity of this recipe, when suddenly any guest comes we immediately prepare this recipe and serve to them they enjoyed it... Adding rice flour and corn flour to the bhindi make it more crispy and cruncy...

INGREDIENTS :
Lady's finger / Bhindi - 250 grams
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tspn
Rice flour - 2 tbspn
Corn flour - 1 tspn
Salt - as needed
Water - 1 tspn
Oil - for drying
METHOD :
- Wash and dry the lady's finger and cut them into circles..
- Add all ingredients except water and oil in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle some water and mix well, so the masala coated well with lady's finger..
- Heat oil for frying, drop the lady's finger one by one..
- Fry till golden brown and drain it..
- Drain and serve..
- Enjoy...

Chop your lady's finger
Like this thickness
Take them in a bowl
Add in turmeric powder
Add in salt
Add in chilli powder
Add in garam masala powder
Some corn flour
2 tbspn of rice flour
Fluff it well
So the masala coated all the lady's finger
Sprinkle some water
Mix it well
Heat oil for deep frying
Drop the lady's finger in
Keep frying
They will turns crispy and crunchy
Drain it
Drain it in kitchen towel
Repeat the process for all bhindi
Serve hot
