Sesame Ladoo / Til Ke Laddu is very easy and simple traditional sweet recipe, a heathly ladoo that's goes well with lunchbox snacks or as after school are evening snacks.. But I prepare this sweetest recipe for this diwali... The taste is very delicious because of aromatic roasted sesame seeds... Here I use white sesame seeds but you can also made with black sesame seeds..
The natural oil in this sesame seeds helps bind the ladoo well without the use of any ghee... So I hope that you must try this recipe and let me know it's turns out from you...

INGREDIENTS :
White sesame - 1 cup
Palm jaggery - 1/2 cup
Cashew - 4
Dessicated coconut - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1 tbspn
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Ghee - one drop
METHOD :
- In a pan dry roast the sesame seeds till the aroma rises (untill light golden)
- In a same pan add cashew and one drop ghee, fry till golden..
- Remove them to a blender and pluse it lightly..
- Then in same blender add in roasted sesame seeds, dry coconut, cardamom powder, palm jaggery..
- Now pulse two to three times and transfer them to a little big blender and add in milk..
- Then pulse one time and now roll them into balls..
- Store in air tight container..
- Enjoy...
PICTORIAL :
Take all your ingredients
Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan
Roast till the nice aroma comes
Now it's prefect stage
Transfer them to a plate, let it cool
Add in cashews to a pan
Roast with few drops of ghee
Add them to a blender
Pulse it lightly
Add in roasted sesame seeds and cardamom powder
Make it a coarse powder
Add in dessicated coconut
Add palm sugar
Pulse it (two to three times)
I remove it to my big blender
Add in little milk
Again pulse it, (once) look it done
Take a small portion of dough and roll it into circle
Serve
