Cucumber Onion Raita is a simple cooling, healthy and delicious yogurd salad....When you are make something spicy like a briyani or some different rice, The one thing which you want on the side is a cool and creamy raita... Without raita no meals is complete.. We often make raita with a who;le lot of different vegetables...
But this is one my favourite.. It is made with cucumber, onion and grated carrot.. I added salt and pepper powder which gives a excallent taste.. The perfect dish for hot summer days, when you want something cool... So I hope that you must try this recipe and let me know how it's turns out from you....

INGREDIENTS :
Cucumber - 1 (peeled, and chopped)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Carrot - 1 (grated)
Yogurt - 1 cup
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Take cucumber, peel them and chopped them finely..
- The chopped onion also..
- Now grated the carrot and keep aside..
- In a bowl add in cucumber and onion and mix well with spoon.
- Then add in salt, pepper powder, thick yogurt and mix well.
- Atlast add the grated carrot and mix them..
- (Add carrot last, so the colour of the raita will not change)
- Mix them evenly, now it's done... Serve..

Now prepare your ingredients
In a bowl add in cucumber and onion
Add in salt
Sprinkle some pepper powder
Thick yogurt
Mix well
Atlast add in grated carrot
Now mix it evenly
Transfer into serving bowl
