Double - colour cake can be fun a lot of reasons.. Turn plain vanilla cake into a great theme dessert or simply challenges to ensuring your cakes comes out the way you envision it.... Here i prepare normal food colour to the ordinary batter, you have to use any food colour of your choice.. I choose blue for my son and yellow for my daughter...
Many people worry that addding food colouring will change the consistency of their batter.. Neither liquid nor gel food colouring will add enough liquid to alter the consistency of a standard cake batter and prevent it from baking properly... First the batter should be little thick and then add food colour it is perfect consistency...
If you think your batter has been mixed very vigorously, you can let it rest for few mins before putting it into the oven and that will helps to relax slightly before baking....My kids really enjoyed this.. So i hope that you must try this recipe and let me know how it's turns out from you....
