Now i stuffed with cooked bengal gram, coconut, nuts, sesame seeds, ans it has a lovely flavour of cardamom powder and melted jeggery, this yummy filling is stuffed into the Homemade Brioche buns... I am not sure now that your are clear this dish...
It's turns out delicious, sweety.. This is a kids friendly recipe and if you follow these steps, thin it is a hit one... Hope that you must try this recipe and comments on my blog....

INGREDIENTS :
FOR STUFFING :
Bengal gram / Kadalai Paruppu - 1 cup (soaked for 1/2 hour and boiled)
Sesame seeds - 1 tbspn
Fresh coconut - 1 cup (grated)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tspn
Nuts - 7 tbspn (cashew and Kishmish)
METHOD :
- Take homemade buns (i take my brioche buns) which i made yesterday....
- Slice the bun into two half and Prepare your bun like boat as shown in the picture...
- Now it's ready, keep aside..
- Then make the filling by soaking the bengal gram for 1/2 hours..
- Now cook them in a cooker for 2 whistled..
- Now take the cooked dal in a bowl.
- Add in sesame seeds, fresh coconut, cardamom powder, sugar and nuts...
- Mix that around and the filling is ready..
- Now take the bun in a cutting board..
- Spoon it with the prepared filling on the one side of the bun and cover it with another..
- Now slice and serve...

Take your buns
Let's cover it with wrap paper to became soft
Take the bun to the cutting board
Slice them into two half
Remove the centre for filling (boat shape)
Now take bengal gram
Soaked it for 1/2 hour
Cooked it and mash it well in a bowl
Add in sesame seeds
Add lot of coconut
Add cardamom powder
Some sugar
Mix well
Add in nuts
Mix that around, filling is ready
Spoon somr filling in the centre of the bun
Cover it with another top
Press it with your hands
Cut them into slices
Now it's done
Serve
