We don't know how to make mayo in our home.. but this recipe is more useful to you.. Usually this mayonnaise is prepared by using egg yolks and lots of oil.. Emulsifying the mix in a blender is the trick, but it doesn't always work for everyone... There may be so many reason which preventsthe egg getting emulsified..
So try this recipe and let me know how it's turns out from you....

Makes - 1 cup of mayo...

METHOD :
INGREDIENTS :
All purpose flour / Maida - 3 tbspn
Olive oil - 1 tbspn
Milk - 1 cup (Boiled and cooled)
Vinegar - 2 tbspn
Black pepper powder - to taste..
English mustrad sauce - 1 tspn (you can use powder mustrd seeds and use)
Sugar - 1 tspn
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Heat oil in a sauce pan, add in flour and fry it for 30 sec till the raw smell leaves..
- Add in milk slowly and keep mixing so no lumps is formed..
- Now keep cooking till creamy..
- It has to be thick, but not too thick....
- Remove it from heat and pour this mixture into a bowl..
- Once cooled add in some salt and sugar, mix well.
- Then add in pepper powder and a spoon of mustrad sauce..
- Taste and check, if you want more vinegar you could add..
- Chill this for a hour before serving..
- This can be stored in a air tight container for a week in fridge..
NOTES :
If you don't have mustard sauce, take some mustrad seeds and powdered them and use that..
PICTORIAL :
Take your ingredients
Heat a tbspn of olive oil in a pan
Add in flour
Fry this for 30 sec
Add in milk and keep mixing
Mix well, no lumbs are formed
Heat it, it will slowly get thick
Look how thick it has gone
Now it's done
Now transfer it into a bowl, let it cool
Add in salt
Some sugar
Once mix well
Some black pepper
Now important ingredients, real flavour to this..
Add in vinegar and mix well
Now it's done
Serve
