Barbeque Chicken / BBQ Chicken


Everyone loves Barbeque chicken, it should feature at every barbeque, Here how it make crispy on the outside and tender in the middle... This Barbeque chicken is so easy and guarantees moist, delicious, perfectly baked chicken every time. Here the chicken is filled with full of flavour, marinate overnight and baked it in the oven..



My cousin ask me to make barbeque chicken, but it is the first time to me and i exicited to make it, But it's really mouthwatering and lipssmackng chicken dish.. Love it to the core.. This recipe is mine and it is truly finger licking recipe... Usually chicken dish is very easy to make... And the important thingfor this recipe is, the chicken must be below 1.15 kg weight (When we remove skin and another waste part from the chicken, then it must be below 1 kg) so that the taste is good and the chicken is soft and tender....




In this recipe, we marinate the chicken overnight, so that the masala is well absorb in the chicken pieces when we bite it.. and just you need chicken, chilli powder, some garam masala powder, lemon, oregano, and garlic for extra kick, to marinate the chicken overnight.. And second marination it is added some barbeque sauce and butter and thenwe have to grilled it... The chicken after it is baked turns out so juicy and delicious...

Prepartion time : 20 mins
1st Marinated time : overnight
2nd marination time : 2 to 3 hours
Steam time : 15 mins
Baking time : 40 mins
Serve - 10 pieces..

INGREDEINTS :

Chicken - 2 (Full chicken about 900 grams weight)
Butter - 6 tbspn (brush it on the chicken while baking)

1st MARINATION :

Garlic - 20 cloves (mince)
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1 tspn
Lemon - 1 (big size)
Oregano - 1 tbspn
Salt - 2 tbspn

2nd MARINATION :


METHOD :

  • Take chicken and wash well (ijn the cavity also). 
  • Now in a mixing bowl add in the ingredients mension in 1st marination amd mix well.
  • Now add in chicken and rub well with the masalas and in the cavity too and cover with plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for overnight.
  • Once it marinate, steam the chicken by add water in a wide pan and place the grill tray on it.
  • Allow to boil and then add marinated chicken on the grill tray and cover it with lid..
  • Let it steam for 15 mins... Now after 15 mins open it crefully..
  • And transfer it in to a plate and let them to cool...
  • Now the chicken is 1/4 % in the steam itself..
  • Then you marinate the chicken with Barbeque sauce...
  • Rub the barbeque sauce well in the chicken and let it marinate for 2 to 3 hours..


NOW BAKED :

  • Now preheat oven to 250 degree C for 15 mins. Line a baking tray with foil, Butter it lightly.
  • Then Place the chicken in the tray and bake for 15 mins (Reduce the temp to 170 degree C). 
  • Remove it from the oven, and brush some butter on the chicken. Bake it for 15 mins..
  • Remove it and flip it over again brush some butter and bake it for 10 mins.. Now remove it from the oven and brush some butter and serve hot..
  • Sliced it and enjoy...


PICTORIAL :


Clean the chicken well
Take garlic in a mixing bowl
Add salt
Chilli powder
Garam masala powder
Squeeze the lemon
Add some oregano
Mix well
Rub it on the chicken
Rub inside the cavity too
Done
Both the chicken
Now it's done
Cover it with platic wrap
Keep it in the fridge for over night
Now prepare your pan for steam
After marinate
Open the wrap
Place the chicken
Cover it with lid for 15 mins 
Now steam is done
Prepare it for 2nd marination
Need this lip smacking Barbeque sauce
Rub it on the chicken and marinate for 2 hours
Line the tray with foil
Place the chicken

Keep it in the preheated oven bake for 15 mins

Remove it and flip over

Take some butter

Brush it on the chicken

Bake it for 15 mins

Remove it from the oven and again brush it

Flip it and bake it for 10 mins

Brush it with some more butter
That's it
Done serve it
