Sandwich Uthappam


This is one of the simplest recipe you can easily make within 15 mins.. It is plain uthappam but taste so delicious and delightful with the pav bhaji masala and coriander chutney sprinkle over it... There are many variety of uthappam in india but it is some more different, you can ever make.. It taste well with tomato ketchup and mint chutney..

Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 3 to 4 mins per uthappam

INGREDIENTS :

Idli, dosa batter - as needed
Butter - as needed
Onion - as needed (chopped finely)
Tomato - as needed (chopped finely)
Carrot - as needed (grated)
Pav bhaji masala - as needed
Garam masala powder - as needed

METHOD :

  • Heat a tawa. Spread dosa batter over it, and spread it evenly.
  • Add some butter and green chutney. spread it over.
  • Mix all the veggies together. spred it on the top of uthappam.
  • And also sprinkle some pav bhaji masala and garam masala powder on it..
  • Spoon some mare dosa batter over it and spread it. cook till bottom crisp up.
  • Dollup some butter over it, Flip over and cook till the bottom is done.. cook on low heat.
  • We make a deep slashes on the uthappam and remove and spread some more butter.
  • Cut it into wedgesand serve...


PICTORIAL :


Take all your ingredients
You need some idli, dosa batter
Take a ladle of dosa batter and spread it
Add some butter
Spoon some green chutney
Spread it
Mix all veggies together
Sprinkle it on the top the dosa
Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala
And then garam masala powder
Take some dosa batter and spoon it
Spoon some butter on the top
Cook till bottom crisp up, flip over and cook
Add some butter and make a slashes also 
Now it's done
