Strawberry fresh cream cake



I am happy to share this week, with you a recipe which is popular in tvl - Aryaas bakery shop... so i plan to make this cake for a long long time but i didn't get the time to make it.. Atlast today i did it..This is the moistest cake you will ever eat. I loved it strawberry crush in the middle of the cake and garnished with jelly...



The cool whip cream makes such pretty pure white and creamy frosting. Here i using normal vanilla cake and strawberry crush inbetween the cake layer and finish with whipped cream and some jelly... And i prepare this for my uncle's friend who visited this sunday... They enjoy the lunch and finished the lunch with strawberry fresh cream cake.... 




They were really shocked to have it because it is very soft, very yummy and it can easily melts in our mouth in each and every bite of the cake...The cake is really good and this dessert can be made within 1/2 hour, when you have vanilla spongh in your hands... cake was a plain vanilla cake, it is so rich and buttery..But the filling really makes this unique strawberry cake. I whippes some cream because i love the combo of strawberry with whipped cream and it is a beautiful combination in the world. 



This cake has been in the fridge, because of fresh wipping cream frosting....Hope you try and i would love it to hear good comment from you..

Cake weight : 1 kg
Makes - 10 pieces 

INGREDIENTS :

All purpose flour / maida - 350 grams
Sugar - 300 grams
Eggs - 8
Cake gel - 3 grams 
Vanilla essence - 2 tspn
Strawberry essence - 2 tspn
Butter - 150 grams
Baking powder - 5 grams

FOR DECORATING & FILLING :

Strawberry syrup / crush - 1 cup
Whipping cream - 2 1/2  cups
Sugar syrup - 1 cup
Cake jelly - 1 cup
Pink colour - 2 tbspn

METHOD :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree / 350 degree F. Butter a round bahind tin on all sides and Place patach ment paper to cover the tin. keep aside for a moment...
  • Take a flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Set this too aside.
  • Take sugar and butter in a mixing bowl and beat till the sugar dissolved..
  • Now add egg one by one and beat till light and pale.
  • Add cake gel, then add in both essence and again beat it well...
  • Now sift in the flour mixture in this and fold gently untill combained.
  • Pour this into the prepared tin and bake it for 35 - 40 mins untill it is light golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool in the tin for 10 mins. Remove it from the tin and allow it to cool down completely and tear the patchament paper.. and Let it cool completely
  • While it is cooling, make the filling. 

FOR DECORATING THE CAKE :

  • You can whip up some whipping cream with the eletric beater till it is stiff and firm..
  • Now take the cool cake and sliced it into 3 pieces..
  • Place one layer on the cake board, and brush it with sugar syrup..
  • Take a spoon of whipped cream and a spoon of strawberry crush mix it lightly on the cake itself and spread evenly..
  • Now place another pieces of cake and repeat the same ...
  • Then place another pieces of cake and sprinkle some sugar syrup and the cake and make dhoom shape....
  • Now take some whipped cream and cover the top and sides too.
  • Then i roll the cake board and place the strong sheat to make dhoom shape..
  • Now take a jelly and mix pink colour and pour it in the sides of the cake...
  • And decorate as your wish... 
  • Place the whole cake in the fridge and serve cold..

Take your ingredients

Beat some whipped cream
Break the eggs in a bowl
Add sugar in a mixing bowl
Pour the eggs
Let's start beating
Beat well till the sugar melts
Mix the flour and baking powder
Add cake gel
Beat well
Till fiuffy
Now both essence in a bowl
Add flour to the mix
Beat well
Now add essence
Melted some butter
Pour it to the mixture and mix gently
Now the batter is ready
Prepared your tin with patachment paper

Pour it to the baking tin
Bake it
Now cool the cake and invert it
Tear the paper 
Sides too
Let it be completely cool
After cool, sliced it into 3
Place the one half on the cake board
Brush it with sugar
Add some whipped cream
Take strawberry crush
Pour it
Spread evenly
Then place the another cake 
Brush it with sugar syrup
Some whipped cream and crush
Spread evenly
Place another cake on the top
Brush it with sugar syrup
Press the sides of the top layer 
Like dhoom shape or hemicircle
Like this
Now spread cream on the top
Spread the wipped cream fully
Make a dhoom shape
Take a jelly in a bowl
Take pink colour
Now add a spoon of pink colour and mix well
Spread on sides too
I decorated the top with rose flour
Now it's ready and decorate as your wish
