Usually now-a-days kids like pizza and they are their best fan. So i think it of and do pizza in dosa batter, if you prepare it for your kids he or she didn't find it is dosa, and gave them a mirakle suprice to your family after eatting it. (told it is ---- dosa pizza) they were shocked!!! So try this delectable mushroom, sweet corn and cheese made of dosa base gives delicious taste to your dish.........
Often your kids odered you a pizza and you make it within 20 mins. Try this and give suprice to your family members.
Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 20 mins
Serve - 5
INGREDIENTS :
Dosa batter - as needed
Grated mozzarella cheese - as needed
Black olives - as needed
Butter - as needed
FOR TOPPING :
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Capsicum - 1 (sliced)
Mushroom - 15 (sliced)
Sweet corn - 1 cup (frozen)
Butter - 25 grams
Chinese seasoning - 1 spn
Schezwan sauce - as needed
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Now grated the cheese first and cut the olives in to thin slices.Set aside.
- In a kadai add butter allow to melts, now add in sliced onion and capsicum and toss it well, untill it became transparent.
- Now add mushroom and sweet corn, saute it well inthe butter and add in salt and pepper powder.
- Saute for 5 mins untill the mushroom and corn cooked well and set aside.
- Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladle of batter on it and allow itself to spread.
- No need to spread with the ladle. (like uthappam).
- Add some butter and when its cooked on side turn it, and cooked other side too.
- Now again turn the dosa, and let us start topping on it by, following items.
- First spread the schezwan sauce on the dosa and also spread mushroom topping on it and next spread the grated cheese and then place the sliced olives on the grated cheese.
- And cook it in a very low flame, and also cover it with a lid for 5 mins.Untill the melts.
- Now it's done and we take away from the tawa and cut it into a pieces like pizza.
- Serve hot with tomato ketch up.
NOTES:
- Serve it with hot so that it will be crispy at the bottom.
- You may also any other topping instead of mushroom and corn.
- You have to done it in a very slow flame.
- The dosa will very crispy at the bottom so that it comes very well.

Take your ingredients
Grated the cheese
Cut the olives into thin slices
In a kadai add in butter
Onions
Capsicum
Toss well in the butter
Add in mushroom
Add corn
Saute it for a min
Add in salt
Pepper powder
Now toss it well
Take dosa batter
Make it like uttappam
Now again turn it
Spread the shezwan sauce on it
Then grated cheese
Then place olives slices on it
Cover it with a lid
Untill the cheese melts
Take away from the tawa
Cut it like pizza
It's ready
Serve it with tomato ketchup
