Cheesy corn wheat pizza


This crispy, chewy whole pizza dough makes a delicious canvas for tasty toppings. Bake up a homemade thin crust pizza...It is soft and chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Use with your favorite pizza toppings.


Ever since I started making my own pizza dough, I've never looked back! pizza doughs are fun to make, always delicious, and you really feel like you accomplished something pretty cool!
Plus, there's something so amazing about few sweet corn ingredients combining to make a crispy, chewy cheese, black olives for all kinds of tasty topping....


The true star of all my friday night pizza making is this delicious dough, Made with only whole wheat flour, It comes together quickly, only rises about an hour, and cook in a flash. I know you'll love this dough just as much as mark and i did. And the main thing is iam not using yeast to this....




Have a fabulous week, ahead, and whip up a homemade pizza some weekend for a change of pace! Whip up this 100 % whole wheat pizza dough in your kitchen. It hardly needs kneading or rising time. You can make this pizza in less than the amount of time it would take for less than 15 mins. Dinner is ready.......

INGREDIENTS :

WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH :

Wheat flour - 2 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Warm water - as needed

TOPPINGS :

Schezwan sauce - 6 tsp
Onion, capsicum, sweet corn, salt, pepper, organo, combain all these and saute it in butter for 5 mins.
Shredded low moisture part - skim mozzarella cheese - 2 cup
Black olives - 10 (thin sliced)
Additional toppings of your choice

METHOD :

  • Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, Olive oil, salt and mix it well.
  • Now add in warm water to it and knead it with your hands for 10 mins untill the dough became soft.
  • Let it rest for 25 mins, after 25 mins knead it again and divided it into equal portions.
  • Take one portion and take some flour and make it like round (for best results roll the dough out about as thin as reasonably possible. 
  • Then fold the edges with your hands, and now place it on the heat tawa.
  • Add some butter and cook it for 2 mins, and turn it and add in spoon of butter.
  • Now lightly spread schezwan sauce and topping with corn mix.
  • Then spread some grated cheese on it and place some sliced black olives over the cheese...
  • Now the pizza is completely set. Then close it with a lid.. put the stove in low flame.. and cook for 12 - 15 mins, untill the cheese melted.
  • Now open the lid, yum..yum..yummy.. pizza is ready to serve.
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup.... and enjoy...


PICTORIAL :


Take a flour in a mixing bowl
Add in baking soda
Some olive oil
Salt
Slowly add in warm water
Knead it with your hands upto 10 - 15 mins
Make it a soft dough and kept it for 45 mins
Divide it into equal portions
Take one portion of dough and dip it in a flour
Roll it in to circle (it must be thick)
Now fold the edges
Like this
It's done
Grated the cheese and keep aside
Take black olives
Cut it into thin slices
Add some butter on the heated tawa
Place the pizza base for 2 mins
And turn over it 
Again turn
Now the first topping
Spread the schezwan sauce
Then place the corn topping (topping is your wish)
Now spread some grated cheese
Then place the olives on it
Cover it with a lid for 15 mins
See the yummy pizza is ready 
Now plated it
Serve it with tomato ketchup
Have it....ha..ha..ha..
