Microwave chocolate cake


One fine day my hubby's friend at home for lunch, he brought brownies from "famous amos" for us. People wont belive me if i say that was the first time i ever tasted a brownies in my life. I love chocolates and choloates cakes and all those dark brown stuffs....  when i those brownies i fell in love with that... so the taste pushed me to try this cake - this taste no less than a brownie.... 


I bake this for a bake sale for a good cause in my kid's school... This recipe is very popular, Ithink of our blogger friends have tried this before and posted too! Still this cake is a must in my blog as i am a beginner in baking.... Imust say about the texture, Its super soft, spongy, and so creamy.... I fosting in this cake because my daughter loved it... A must try this simple to do... yet yummy cake...

Recipe cuisine : Indian
Preparation time : 10 mins
Baking time : 35 mins
Frosting : chocolate 

INGREDIENTS :  

All purpose flour / maida - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 3 /4 cup 
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Milk - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING :

Butter - 25 grams
Cocoa powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Dark chocolate syrup - 1/2 cup
Icing sugar - 1 1/2 cup

METHOD :

  • In a mixing bowl add powdered items flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix well.keep aside.
  • In another bowl mix all liquid items oil, milk, vanillaand mix well.
  • Now add liquid mix to the flour mix and mix well with egg beater.
  • Now ready your bowl i took square bowl brush your bowl with oil and pour half of the mix.
  • Now keep in microwave for 2 mins.
  • After 2 mins take away allow to cool and invert it in a plate.
  • And then add another half of the mix in and repeated the same way...
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • When it's cooling , Lets make icing.
  • Take a mixing bowl add butter cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate syrup, and beat well with electric beater. Then add slowly icing sugar and beat again. Untill it became creamy.
  • Place one part on the plate dollop with frosting and spread thinly.
  • Place another part spread frosting on top and cover the side as well.
  • Now design as your wish, Now the cake is ready to serve cut it into piece and enjoy....


PICTORIAL :


Take your ingredients 
Take all the flour, sugar, cocoa in a mixing bowl
Mix evenly
Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt
Again mix it well
Mix milk, oil, vanilla
Pour the mix to the flour mix 
Mix evenly that no lumps should be formed
Take your baking bowl
Spread some oil
Pour half of the batter to it
place it on the microwave
Now bake it for 3 mins
See it's bake
Inverted it on a plate 
Do the same process to make another cake and let them to cool
Add butter to your mixing bowl for frosting
Add cocoa powder
Add melted dark chocolate
Beat well
Once beat 
Add in icing sugar
Beat well 
Untill it became creamy
Now the frosting is ready
Take the bottum cake
Dollop with frosting
Spread evenly
Place another cake on it
