Easy pistachio chocolate fudge is the simplest recipe yeild the richest results. This glossy combination of chocolate and pista gives delicious taste to the fudge.
I have been the best fan of chocolates. I Prepared these fudge recipes incorporate every one's three favorite words : smooth, creamy, and chocolaty. This is one of my friend recipe and posted quite a few recipe, i saw her making this in her show long blog.
Preparation time : 2 mins
Cooking time : 2 mins
Setting time - 1 hour
Makes - 25 nos
INGREDIENTS :
Dark chocolate chips - 1 cup
Butter - 2 tbspn
Condensed milk / milkmaid - 1/3 cup
Pista / pistachio - 14 (roughly chopped0
METHOD :
- Take pista in a chopping board and chop finely.
- Line 10 cm square baking pan with foil and set aside.
- Now in microwave safe bowl, take chocolate chips, butter and condenced milk. mix well.
- Place it in the microwave and set the time for 1 min. remove it after 1 mins and mix it witha spatula.
- If the chocolate is not melted completely, then pop it back into microwave for 30 secs.
- Now add in chopped pista and mix once.
- Pour the mix in to the baking dish and smooth the top.
- Place this in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Remove it and invert to peel the foil. cut into cubes and serve.
NOTES :
- If you don't have microwave, just take every thing except pista in a sauce pan and heat it gently on stove. once it melts add in pista and continue with the remaining process.
- My chocolate melt in 1 mins itself.
- You can add any nuts of your choice.
- This fudge should be store in fridge always.
PICTORIAL :
Take all ingredients
Take some pista
Chopped finely
Take square pan
Line it with foil
Take chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl
Pour some condenced milk
Add in butter
Mix it lightly
Pop it in the microwave for 1 mins
Remove it
Stir to melt
Add in pista
Fold gently
Pour this into the foil lined tray
Smooth the top
Place in fridge
All set
Invert it and peel off the foil
Cut it into cubes
