Black and white devil cake



Preparation time: 10 mins
Baking time: 30 to 35 mins
serve - 4 to 5

INGREDIENTS:

All purpose flour /maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1spn
Salt - 1/4 spn
Baking powder - 1tspn
Egg - 3
Cocoa powder - 3 tspn

METHOD:
  • In a blender add eggs, vanilla essance and sugar, now blend it (i used mixer)
  • In a mixing bowl add maida and baking powder, salt,milk, oil, and add beaten eggs
  • Now beat it well with the beater
  • Preheat the oven and prepare the baking try
  • Now pour the half mixer in to another bowl
  • And now add cocoa powder to one bowl and mix well
  • The cocoa mix and vanilla mix is ready lets start baking
  • Take your baking tray and pour some oil and spread it over with brush
  • Now starting with the white batter and next with the cocoa batter, repeat this step untill the batter is completed
  • Bake it in oven for 30 to 35 mins ,untill the cake is ready. check with the skewer,if the skewer comes out clean the cake is done
  • let the cake be cool remove from the tray
  • The cake is different in colour. BLACK AND WHITE DEVIL CAKE is ready

Take your ingredients
In a blender take egg 
Vanilla essence
Sugar and blend it
In a bowl add maida
Salt,Baking powder and mix it 
In another pan add egg mixer
Add milk
And flour mixture
Add oil
Mix it well
Now separate the batter
In one bowl batter add cocoa powder
Mix well
In baking tray
Add oil
Spread the oil with the brush
Pour white batter on it
Then the cocoa batter
Repeat it
Go on
Go on
Done.... Then bake it
It is ready
The cake looks awesome

Two colour of the cake is good to look. The devil cake is a moist, airy, rich chocolate layer cake. It is considered a counter part to the white and black colour. Great eggs makes this a soft and wonderful exuberant cake with a mixing colour. You may also make glossy frosting to the cake.
