Mini idlI / How To Make Mini Idli


Mini is nothing but a smaller size of normal idlies.. Kids always love to have this one that the normals idlies... Shambhavi love this with Yummy Hotel sambar recipe and her regular order in hotel is this mini idli with little ghee..


The important notes is grind the rice batter not too watery and grind the rice a little coarse it will make the idli texture and shape of the idli perfect, Use good quality of urad dal that makes idli soft and fluffy..  


So I hope that you must give it a try, serve to your kids thye really loved it..

INGREDIENTS :

Idli batter - as requried
Ghee  or oil - as requried (to grease the plate)

METHOD :

  • First heat the ghee first and keep aside.
  • Take idli batter and apply the ghee on the idli plate with oil brush.
  • Fill the idli batter on the idli plate with the help of spoon.
  • Now let them to boil, when the idli is cooked take it out.
  • And the mini idli is ready.

Take idli batter and idli maker
Take ghee in a pan
Untill it melts
Take oil brush with ghee
Brushed it on the idli plate
Take a spoon of batter
Pour it on the idli plate
Place it on the idli kadai
Let them boil
Now the idli is ready
Allow to cool and take it out with the help of spoon
Delicious mini idli is ready
 Serve to your kids, they enjoyed
Serve hot
