Quick boiled egg stir fry that is slightly similar to the simple egg roast recipe.. An amalgamation of north and south indian style of culinary preparation.. Here the boiled toss in few masala to form a delicious taste while having....


Aromatic coriander leaves and spices, kasuri methi, and caramelized onions give the quartered boiled eggs an addictive taste.. Serve as an appetizer or a dry saute with rice or rotis...So i hope that you must try this recipe and let me know how it's turns out from you...

INGREDIENTS:

Boiled eggs - 5 (boiled, peel and quarter)
Onions - 1 (sliced)
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1/2 tspn
Cumin powder - 1/2 tspn
Garlic - 1 spn (crushed)
Kasuri methi - 1 tspn
Salt - as needed
Coconut oil - 2 spn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)

METHOD:

  • First boil the eggs and peel the skin and quater it...
  • Add oil in a kadai and crushed garlic toast well..
  • Then add in sliced onion and toss well for 1 min..
  • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, kasuri methi and mix well.
  • Now add in salt, it became a thick gravy consistency
  • Place the quartered boiled eggs and combain carefully..
  • Cook it in low flame for 2 mins..
  • So that the masala coated the eggs well.
  • Turn off heat, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • It's ready to serve warm with rotis or rice..

 Take your ingredients
 Oil in a kadai
Add in crushed garlic
 Toast it well
Now add in sliced onions
 Little bit of cumin powder and chilli powder

 Coriander powder
 Kasturi methi
 Mix well
Add in salt
 Cut the eggs into slices
 Add in sliced eggs and coriander leaves
 Mix it lightly, so that the masala coated the eggs well
 Serve hot
 Enjoy..
