Simple Egg Omelette


Egg omelette is very simple, easy, quick, delicious recipe made from beaten eggs quickly cooked on tawa, with oil along with chopped onions and green chillies.. This stepwise guide gives to a tip on how to make a perfect omelette... 



It is a simple and usual recipe which is adaptable to your taste and every one where easily prepared it without fail, even it is a best side dish for rasam, then roadside paratta - salna, and other similar recipes.. Even bachelor can prepared in their staying rooms and enjoyed it..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins (for 0ne omelette)

INGREDIENTS:

Egg - 3 nos
Onion - 2 (Chopped finely)
Green chilli - 2 (chopped finely)
Salt -1 tspn or as needed

METHOD :



  • Take a mixing bowl and broken the eggs on it..
  • Add in chopped chillies and chopped onions..
  • Then add in salt as per your taste, now all are done..
  • Beat well till it mix and fluffy..
  • Heat a tawa and grease some oil on it ..
  • Now pour the egg mixture like small dosa or uttappam and add some oil.
  • The turn over the omelette and press it with ladle 
  • Again flip over it and remove it to a plate...
  • Now it's done, serve hot..
  • Enjoy..

Take all your ingredients
Crack open all the eggs in a bowl
 Add in chopped green chillies
 Then add in chopped onions
  Add in salt
 Now all are done
 Beat it well with your spoon 
 Now it is fluffy and mixed well
 Heat a tawa 
 Pour some oil over it
 Now take a spoon ful of egg mixture
 Pour over the hot tawa
 Pour some oil on the sides
 Now flip it over 
 Press it with the flat ladle
 Again flip it over (not to over cook)
 Transfer them to a plate
Serve hot with rasam
