Spicy Aloo Fry


Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Serve : 2 to 3 

INGREDIENTS:

Potato - 4
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Kasmiri Chilli Powder - 2 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spn
Cumin Powder - 1/2 spn
White Pepper Powder - 1 spn
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 spn
Kasthuri methi - 1 spn
Garamasala - 1 spn
Lemon - 1/2
Butter - 25gm
Coriander leaves 
Powered Cashew - 3spn


METHOD :

  • Add butter in a pan and then now add ginger garlic paste
  • Now add potatoes, salt, turmeric powder and toss it well
  • When its lightly brown add nuts and all the spices and mix it well till the raw smell is gone
  • Now add kasthuri methi and coriander leaves, now the dish is done when its become brown color
  • For final touch add lemon juice 
  • Then the spicy aloo fry is ready to server. It matches with Sambar rice, Curd rice.

Take your ingredients 
Add Butter
Ginger Garlic Paste
Now add cutter Potatoes
Then add salt
Now add turmeric
Add Powdered Cashew
Toss it well
Now add all the spices
Then kasthuri methi
Coriander leaves
Now add lemon juice
The dish is ready to serve
