Chilli Gobi Stir Fry


This is my best recipe that i loved it... Yesterday this cauliflower dish that makes the dinner very yummy. The main think is, make the sauce first and then fried the cauliflower and add it in the sauce just before you serve, so that the fried cauliflower stays a little bit crispy when we serve... So i try this recipe and let me know how it's turns out from you...

Preparation Time :15 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve - 3 to 4
Recipe Cuisine - Indo chinese 

INGREDIENTS:

Cauliflower - 1(cut into bite size florets and blanched in boiled salted water)

FOR SAUCE:

Butter - 2 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Chilli sauce - 1 tspn
Tomato sauce - 1 tspn
Red food colour - 1 pinch
Onion - 1 (cut into squares)
Capsicum - 1 (cut into squares)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)

FOR BATTER:

Pepper - 2 tspn
Rice flour - 3 tspn
Cornstarch - 1 tspn
Gram flour - 2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - 1/2 tspn

METHOD:

  • Cut the cauliflower and put it into the boiled water and now add turmeric and strained it
  • Now transfer cauliflower into a bowl and add batter items and fry it
  • And heat a pan add butter and garlic when it brown, now add onion,capsicum,chilli powder,tomato sauce,chilli sauce and red food colour and mix them
  • Add fried cauliflower and toss well now garnish with coriander leaves
  • Now the chilli gopi stir fry is ready
  • I serve it with veg pulao the combination is superb 
  • My next dish is also cauliflower wait and watch

PICTORIAL:


Take your ingredients
First heat water
Add in turmeric 
Add cutted cauliflower
Bring to boil
Strain it
Now add it to a bowl, add in cornstarch
Then add in pepper
Now salt
Add some gram flour
Toss well
Heat oil and fry it
like this
Take the sauce ingredients
Add in butter
Add in minced garlic
Add in onion and capsicum
Few chilli powder
Then tomato sauce
Chilli sauce
Toss well
Give a touch of food colour
Then add in fried cauliflower
Add in coriander leaves
look this
Now serve
