How To Make Soft and Puffed Poori

Poori are my kid (shambhavi) favourite one. She loves poori even daily as a breakfast.. It is a very popular breakfast recipe.. Pooris are made from wheat flour, all purpose flour and sooji and are usually served with potato gravy or kurma or any sidedishes.. Adding Sooji / Rava makes the poori puffs up like a balloon...

The important key ingredients to make soft fluffy poori is sooji, adding the sooji in correct measurements as per the ingredients given below otherwise the poori became hard... I have already post Potato poori masala in my blog...
