Chettinadu Gobi Masala


Cooking Time : 1/2 hrs
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serve : 2 -3

INGREDIENTS:

FOR FRYING:

Onion -1
Capsicum - 1/2
Garlic- 2 spn chopped
Coriander leaves
Ginger paste - 1 spn
Cinnamon - 4 sticks
Sombu - 1/2 spn

FOR GRINDING:

Red chilli - 5
Coriander seeds - 1/2 spn
Cinnamon - 4 sticks
Cloves - 2
Sombu - 1/2 spn

FOR FRYING CAULIFLOWER:

Cauliflower - 1/2
Pepper powder - 1/2 spn
Cornstarch - 1 spn
Rice flour - 1 spn
Salt - 1/2 spn

METHOD :

  • In a frying pan add for grinding things and saute them and grinded into powder.
  • In a bowl take cleaned cauliflower , add frying cauliflower items mention in the ingredients and now mix them and fry it till brown.
  • Now in a pan take the main ingredient add butter , onion , cinnamon , chopped garlic , mix them
  • Then add Ginger paste, capsicum to the pan, then mix it evenly.
  • Add the masala powder and fried cauliflower toss them.
  • Now the Chettinadu gobi masala is ready to serve.
  • I serve it with romali roti, to view it click romali roti 

PICTORIAL :

Take fried items
Fry it
Add to the blender
Powder it
Take cauliflower and wash them 
Mix with pepper powder and salt
Cornstarch and rice flour
Mix them
And fry it till brown
For main dish take your ingredient
Add butter to the pan
Then Onion , Cinnamon , garlic
Add ginger paste
Capsicum
Little bit of salt
Now add masala powder and fried cauliflower
Mix them with coriander leaves , then serve 

Hope everyone have to taste this recipe just now i made it and it came so pretty and tasty. I also made some cauliflower recipe on my page visit that also.
