Boiled Sweet Patato / Sarkarai Valli Kizhangu


Preparation time : 5 mins
Cooking timetime : 10 mins
Serve : 3 to 4

INGREDIENTS :

Sweet potatoes - 4
Jaggery - 250 gms
Water - 1 cup

METHOD :



  • First cut the sweet potato (sarkarai valli kizhangu) into big pieces and wash well.
  • And then powdered the jaggery and keep aside.
  • In a pressure cooker add powdered jaggery, then some water, and sweet potato.
  • Now close the cooker and whistled it for 2.
  • After whistled open the cooker and the potato are cooked with jaggery well.
  • Now the boiled sweet potato is ready to serve.

 Take the items which we need
Powdered the jaggery
Cut the sweet potato and wash well
In cooker add jaggery 
 add water
 Then cutted potatoes
Whistled it for 2
See how it boiled
It's ready
