Green tea with mint leaves..


Having green tea in the morning inproves brain function, fat loss a lower risk of cancer and many other incrediable benefits... Green tea is made from camellia leaves that have ungergone minimal oxidation during processing. Choose higher quality of green tea, because some of the lower quality brands can contains excessive level of fluoride.. That being said, even if you choose lower quality brand, the benefits still far out weight any risk...


So have it twice a day and if need sugar add in honey or dates syrup only.. Hope that you must try this and let me know how it refresh you.

INGREDIENTS:

Original green tea - 1 tspn
Lemon juice - 2 tbspn
Fresh mint leaves -1 pinch

METHOD:



  • In a vessel add water and tea powder, bring to boil...
  • When the colour of the water is changed, off the stove..
  • Then strained it in a bowl...
  • Take serving glass add lemon juice and mint leaves..
  • And pour the tea... then serve hot..

PICTORIAL:


 Take your ingredients
I use this brand (this is perfect for me)
Add water in a sauce pan
 Add in green tea leaves
 Heat it well
 When it bring to boil and colour change
 Strain it
 Take serving glass add in a mint leaf
 Few drops of  lemon juice
 Pour the prepared tea 
 Now it's done
 Refreshing drink is ready
