Egg dosai

INGREDIENTS:

Dosai batter-1 cup
Egg -1
Salt
Pepper -1 pinch
Oil

METHOD:


  • Heat a dosai tawa,pour dosai batter on it
  • click idli, dosa batter to view.
  • spread it now,then broken the eggs on the dosai
  • add salt,pepper on it and some oil
  • now turn the dosa,let the egg should cooked well , for this you have to make some lines on it
  • now its ready ,and serve it
  • its match to the coconut chutney
