INGREDINTS :
Potato - 4 (Boiled)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Green chilli - 3 (sliced)
Tomato - 2 (chopped)
Mustard seeds - 1 tspn
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsbpn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Curd - 2 tbspn
Salt - as needed
Coriander leaves - few
Water - 1 cup
METHOD :
- In a pressure cooker add oil and add in mustard, cumin seeds and allow to spluttre...
- Add some chopped onion and chilli, toss lightly.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato and mix well.
- Add in chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, toss well with oil.
- Now add mash potato and mix well with the masalas..
- Add salt, coriander leaves and some curd, mix well.
- Now add some water and mix well, close the lid and whistled it for 3.
- Now open it and give a mix and then lt is ready..
- Serve hot with chapathi.

Add mash potatoes

Mix evenly
Chopped coriander
Curd
Mix well
Pour some water
Give a mix
Whistled it for 3
Mix evenly and check the salt and spices
