Vegetable Clear Soup


Soup are my absolute comfort food recently. This soup is very simple with easily available ingredients pepper powder and salt and have this as a clear soup. Vegetable clear soup is a delicious continental recipe served as a soups and stews.


Iam making them often and having it for lunch. Because they are filling plus they feel light on the tummy. This soup is very healthy one, It taste so clean without much ingredients and you can taste the vegetables in this soup. I loved the onion, garlic and ginger flavour that comes from the soup. 


This vegetable clear soup is so healthy and perfect when you are in diet. And it is a hearty comfort food and it a one- dish meal. Hope you will try this healthy soup and give a comments about this...

Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 15 - 20 mins
Serve - 3

INGREDIENTS :

Mixed vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Cabbage, Capsicum) - 2 cup
Ginger - 1 tspn (thinly juliened)
Garlic - 1 tspn (thinly juliened)
Onion - 3 tbspn (finely chopped)
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - to taste
Water - 2 - 3 cups
Coriander leaves - few
Cornflour / cornstarch - 2 tsp (mixed with some water)

METHOD :

  • Heat oil in a pan, addin ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum and saute it a min.
  • Add in all the veggies and saute for 5 min or so.
  • Add in water, cook untill veggies are done.
  • Add in salt, pepper and cornflour water and mix well.
  • It will thicken the soup.
  • Now add in chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Serve hot..


PICTORIAL :


Take your ingredients
Heat a sauce pan with oil
Add ginger and garlic
Add in onions
Add in capsicum
Toss well
Add all veggies
Saute them
I sauted till the raw smell leaves away
Add in water
Salt
Some pepper powder
Take some corn starch
Mix with some water and pour it 
Mix well
Add chopped coriander 
Done
Serve
