Milk yogurt rice is based on the mild rice recipe and it is suitable for small kids to have perfect lunch.. In this rice should be cooked creamy consistency and it is mixed with milk and yogurt, it is attained by slow cooking with contioues stirring....I prepared the rice for my daughter lunch box and it is the favourite one for her.

INGREDIENTS :
Raw rice - 1 cup (wash well)
Water - 2 cups
Warm milk - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Take raw rice in a bowl and wash well.
- In a pot add rice and water bring to boil.
- Cooking till the rice creamy consistency and off the stove..
- Now add in milk and stir it well.
- Then add yogurt and salt and keep stirring it well..
- Now it's ready to serve. Enjoy.
