Pepper Masala Sweet Corn


Pepper masala corn is very healthy and quick snack that you can prepare within few minutes. Butter used in the recipe enhance the yummy aromatic flavour and the sweet corn gives a crispy and juicy texture and sweetness makes a recipe delicious..... 


I have used chaat masala, salt, butter and crushed pepper make it more healthy and deliicous I am sure many kids love this type 
of sweat corn recipe as a evening snacks we can prepare the snacks quickly or whenever you are short of time....Even bachelors can make it as it does not required any cooking expertise.


I have used sweat corn to make this chaat this is healthy snacks and you can consider making it for kids or your family but if you plan to make it for small kids then reduce the quantity of pepper..... so i hope you can prepare this recipe and comments about that....

INGREDIENTS ;

Sweet corn - 2 cup
Chaat masala powder - 1 tspn
Butter - 1 tspn
Crushed pepper - 1 tspn 
Salt as needed

METHOD :

  • Take corn in the microwave safe bowl.
  • Now place it on oven cook for 2 mins, when the corn cooked add salt, pepper, chaat masala and mix well.
  • Now add a spoon of butter on it and mix once cheak the taste.
  • Serve the pepper masala sweat corn immediately, in individual serving bowls.



PICTORIAL :

Take your ingredients
Take your sweet corn in a micro wave safe bowl
Cook for 2 mins
Now it's done
Add some salt
Sprinkle some chaat masala 
Add some crushed pepper powder
Then add in butter
Mix well
Like this
Serve immediately
