Soya chunks it is one of the world's healthiest foods, Soya is power packed with protein and other essential nutrients... This is my first recipe to make soya in my kitchen and the fry is so crispy and tasty. I learn this from my relatives, When ever i talk to him, he told to make some more different recipe in your blog....
I added some curry leaves and coriander leaves that fry it in oil gives excellant flavour to the dish... So give a try and let me know how it turns out for you...

Cookimg time : 3 mins per batch

INGREDIENTS :
Meal maker / soya chunks - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tspn
Curry leaves - few
Coriander - few
Rice flour - 2 tbspn
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Soaked the soya for 1/2 hour in hot water...
- Take soaked soya in a blender and make them into a coarse puree.
- Now add in all the ingredients except oil and grind again to a coarse mix...
- Take them in a mixing bowl and roll it into a small balls.
- Heat oil for deep frying, drop the balls in and fry it till brown.
- Drain it in a kitchen tissue and serve immediately.
PICTORIAL :
Take your ingredients
Take soaked soya in a blender
Grind it well
Add all spices
Ginger garlic paste
Rice flour
Some curry leaves and coriander leaves
It's a time to grind
Then mix evenly
Make it into small
Heat a pan with oil and drop it into a oil till golden.
Drain it..
