Gobi 65 / Crispy Cauliflower Fry is a simple and quick super hit party snacks.. Cauliflower is dipped in rice flour batter, masala powders and deep fried, with curry leaves...When you prepared this to your family members they said, ohhhhhhh that is good. so simple, so delicious, so delightful.
Generally we order this in restaurants. I wanted to try this for a long time.. but somehow don't have a proper recipe in hand to try out... When i watch the youtube for some cauliflower recipe i watch this vedio and very intrested to this yummy dish.. They taste heavenly.
Preparation time : 10 mins
Marination time : 1/2 hour
Frying time : 5 mins

INGREDIENTS :
Cauliflowder - 1 (cut into florets)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Corn flour - 1 tbspn
Rice flour - 1 tbspn
Curry leaves - few
Coriander - few
Salt - as needed
Water - 2 cups
METHOD :
- Separate the cauliflower into small florets, boil water with salt, and keep the florets inside this water.
- Cover untill it is parboiled. Drain the water.
- In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients and mix it with a spoon .
- And add cauliflower and sprinkle some little amout of water.
- Mix it evenly and keep it marinated for 1/2 hour...
- Separate the cauliflower into small florets, boil water with salt, and keep the florets inside this water.
- Cover untill it is parboiled. Drain the water.
PICTORIAL :
Take cauliflower
Cut it into florets
Water in a sauce pan
Add cauliflower and little bit of salt
When it proboil for 2 min and drain it
Add salt in a mixing bowl
Ginger garlic paste
Add in garam masala powder
Chopped coriander leaves
Add in curry leaves
Chilli powder
Some pepper powder
Add in corn flour
Some rice flour
Mix well
Add cauliflower
Some water
Mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
Fry it in oil
Drain it
Serve hot
