Today i sharing you a Spicy Brinjal fry recipe which can be made within 4 ingredients. This has became one of my favorite recipe of all kinds of brinjal recipes in my blog.You know i have quite a few brijal recipe in my blog...and i had already posted Ennai kathirikkai pulli kuzhambu, Kathirikkai kara poriyal...I took the recipe from my mom and it most favourite recipe for my grandpa.
I dont add any special masala for this recipe but it makes yummy. This fry pairs beautifully with rasam and sambar rice. So try it and let know how it turned out.

Cooking time : 15 mins

INGREDIENTS :
Brinjal / Kathirikkai - 20
Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbspn
Sesame oil - 2 tbspn
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Take brinjal slice them lengthwise and wash well.
- Heat a pan with oil, add sliced brinjal and toss well in the oil.
- Season with some salt and turmeric powder.
- Cook for 5 to 8 mins till it turns light golden in colour.
- Now add in chilli powder and mix well.
- Cook it on medium flame for 5 mins till golden..
- Serve with rasam or sambar rice...
PICTORIAL :
Take brinjal
Sliced it
Heat a pan with oil
Add sliced brinjal
Toss well in the oil
Some salt
Turmeric powder
Toss well for 8 mins
Add chilli powder
Mix well and toss it for 5 mins in low flame
Now it's done
Enjoy with sambar...
