METHOD :
- First cut the sweet potato (sarkarai valli kizhangu) into big pieces and wash well.
- And then powdered the jaggery and keep aside.
- In a pressure cooker add powdered jaggery, then some water, and sweet potato.
- Now close the cooker and whistled it for 2.
- After whistled open the cooker and the potato are cooked with jaggery well.
- Now the boiled sweet potato is ready to serve.
