INGREDIENTS :
Carrot - 50 grms
Beans - 50 grms
Cabbage - 50 grms
Green peas - 10
Salt - 1 spn
Corn flour - 1 spn
Sugar - 1 spn
Amchoor powder - 1 pinch
White pepper - 1 spn
Milk - 1/2 cup
Coconut oil - 1 spn
METHOD :
- In a pan add oil and all the veggies, salt, sugar, Amchoor powder and saute it well in the oil.
- After fry it add some water and milk allow to cook for 6 - 8 mins untill the veggies cooked.
- And now add corn flour and some water on it and mix it that no lums should formed.
- Now pour it into the soup and boil it for 3 mins.
- When the dish is in soup consistency, off the stove and add white pepper to that, mix well and serve hot.
- The tasty mild veg soup is ready.
PICTORIAL :
Take ur ingredients
In pan add oil
Add all veggies to it
Then add salt
Sugar
Then add Amchoor powder
Fry it in the oil
Now add water
Milk to it
Let them to boil
Now add corn flour
At last add white pepper to that
Now serve it
If u wants, add some pepper powder
Now the tasty soup is ready to enjoy. When my son is in sick. I prepare the dish for him, when he have it then he feel very energetic. So the dish is so healthy, you also tried it at home and let me tell how it is..........
