INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Coriander leaves
Coconut oil
Salt to taste
FOR GRINDING:
Onions - 1
Tomato - 1
Cumin seeds -1 spn
Ginger garlic paste - 2 spn
Ginger garlic paste - 2 spn
Green chilli - 6
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Salt

FOR CLEANING:
Cauliflower - 1
Warm water
Turmeric powder - 2 sp
Salt
METHOD:
- Add oil in a kadai and then cumin seeds,g.chilli,ginger garlic paste,onion,tomato,turmeric powder and toss well untill it's well cooked
- Allow it cool and grind into fine paste.
- Clean the cauliflower with warm water,turmeric and some salt
- In the same kadai add oil add cumin seeds,cauliflower and a pinch of turmeric
- Toss it well until it became light brown and then add grinded masala on it
- And water then season with some salt now you cover it with lid
- Now became to boil, the yummy gravy is ready
