INGREDIENTS:
TO MAGINATE :
Chicken - 250 gms (with bone)
Kashmir Chilli Powder - 1 tspn
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tspn
Salt - as needed
FOR FRYING :
Oil - 2 tbspn
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
Onion - 2 (Finely chopped)
Green chilli - 3 (slit)
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
Salt - as required
Coriander leaves - few(chopped)
Lemon - 1/2 (juice)
METHOD:
- In a bowl take chicken, salt, Kashmir chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix it well..
- Rest the chicken for 2 hours and keep aside..
- Then take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, allow to sizzle..
- Now add in chopped onion, chillies and toss well till they transparent or light brown in colour..
- Add in ginger garlic paste.. give it a mix..
- Now add maginate chicken on it and saute along with the onions..
- Cover the lid and cook, it will release it water from the chicken..
- Mix it well and again cover it for 20 mins.. keep stir in between every intervals..
- Cook the chicken became soft and tender..
- Check the salt and spicyness according to your taste..
- Add in chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well..
- Atlast squeeze some lemon juice over the chicken and stir well.. (switch off the flame)
- Now the onion chicken fry is ready..

Take all your ingredients
Chopped the onion finely
Take chicken in a bowl
Add in marinated masala powder
Mix it well and let it rest for 2 hours
Heat a pan with oil
Add in cumin seeds
Allow to sizzles
Add in chopped onions
Toss well till transparent
Add in green chillies
Stir well
When it became light golden colour
Add in ginger garlic paste
Mix it well
Add in chicken pieces
Toss along with onions
Cover it with lid and cook
Chicken release it's own water
Keep stirring in between
Again cover it with lid
Cook till the chicken is done
Add in coriander leaves
Mix well
Add some lemon juice
Mix it well, yumm
Now it's done
Garnish with some coriander leaves
