Plain Egg Noodles


Egg noodles is my hubby's favourite.. He loves mose of the chinese dishes and this one is most favourite.. I was in a hurry after cooking the noodles hurried with clicks and post is the post for you.... Actually it is more easy to make and there is no heavy work to prepare even beginners can prepared it easily. But the dish so awesome to eat. The dish is mostly like by children. And we are using healthy vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage. So please try this at your home and send me the comment for this recipe...

Recipe cuisine - Indo chinese 

INGREDIENTS:

Instant noodles - 1 packet
Butter - 25 gms
Oil - 3 spn
Egg - 4
Carrot, beans, cabbage - 100 gms (chopped)
Pepper powder - 2 tspn
Garlic - 4 (minced)
Capsicum - 1/2 (chopped)
Corainder leaf - as required
Chinese seasoning - 2 tspn
Salt - as required

METHOD :

  • In a kadai add oil then break the eggs and add it with pinch of salt and pepper...
  • Scramble it well, till the egg is completely cooked.. keep aside.
  • In nonstick kadai add butter, minced garlic saute it.
  • Then add in chopped onion and capsicum fry them..
  • Now add all the veggies and salt till them to cook for 5 mins.
  • Keep in high flame and stir well then again simmer.. 
  • Till the veggies gets mixed evenly..
  • Then add the scrambled eggs, which we have done before
  • Now add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Add boiled and drained noodles to the pan and mix well with veggies..
  • Toss the noodles for 2 mins.. switch off the flame.
  • Now the yummy noodles is ready!
  • Serve and enjoy it.

PICTORIAL:


Take oil in kadai
Pour the broken egg
Add salt
Add pepper
Fried Egg
Prepare all your ingredients 
Heat a pan with some butter
Add minced garlic
Add in onion and capsicum
Add veggies allow to fry along with butter
Now add little bit of salt
Add scrambled egg with chinese seasoning
Add coriander leaves
Add boiled noodles
Mix them evenly
Serve
Enjoy..
