Nattu kozhi stir fry


Usually country chicken are very hard but in this recipes we difficult to identified it wheather it is broiler or country chicken... Chicken observe the curd and lemon juice on it, so it became very soft. This recipes matches with the rasam, sambar rice, and best starter for paratha. you may also try this simple recipes at home and tell me how it is..

INGREDIENTS:

Country chicken - 300 gms
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tspn
Curd - 1 pocket
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Rice flour - 3 tspn
Coconut oil - 5 tspn
Salt to taste

METHOD:

  • Wash your chicken and cut them into small pieces..Keep aside.
  • Curd in a bowl and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, Pepper powder, salt, lemon, chicken..
  • And mix well and marinate for 30 mins (so that the chicken observe the lemon and curd in it)
  • Now pour the masala to the pressure cooker, now add some oil on it and whistled it for 4..
  • Open it and add rice flour, mix well and transfer into a kadai..
  • Toss well till it became dry and soft..
  • When the chicken is cooked, transfer them to a plate..
  • Then serve with sliced onions..
  • Enjoy..

 Add some oil

 Add rice flour on it
Transfer into a kadai
