INGREDIENTS:
Boiled eggs - 5 (boiled, peel and quarter)
Onions - 1 (sliced)
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1/2 tspn
Cumin powder - 1/2 tspn
Garlic - 1 spn (crushed)
Kasuri methi - 1 tspn
Salt - as needed
Coconut oil - 2 spn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
METHOD:
- First boil the eggs and peel the skin and quater it...
- Add oil in a kadai and crushed garlic toast well..
- Then add in sliced onion and toss well for 1 min..
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, kasuri methi and mix well.
- Now add in salt, it became a thick gravy consistency
- Place the quartered boiled eggs and combain carefully..
- Cook it in low flame for 2 mins..
- So that the masala coated the eggs well.
- Turn off heat, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- It's ready to serve warm with rotis or rice..

Take your ingredients
Oil in a kadai
