Veg Bread Pizza are quick and easy recipe make with in 20 mins.. When you have leftover bread slices, there are many snacks you can make from them.. but veg bread pizza is one recipe among them.. Fairly easy to prepare and makes for a healthy snack for your kids..
Now the pizza looking awesome and usually kids love to have pizza at Pizzas shops, but I prepared it in my home with simple bread, even though kids shouldn't like vegetables but they enjoy this pizzas vegetables mingled with the cheese. The flavour of the cheese comes out from it while having in each and every bite...
This is one of my family's favourite dish. we enjoyed it in yesterday night. Hmmmm....... yummy.. So you must try this in your home and let me know how it's comes from you...

INGREDIENTS:
Sandwich bread - 6
Butter - 50 gms
Onion - 2 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 spn
Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
Carrot - 50 gms (chopped)
Beans - 50 gms (chopped)
Cabbage - 50 gms (chopped)
Chinese seasoning - 2 tspn
Schezwan sauce
Mortella cheese - 100gm (grated)
Pepper powder - 3 tspn
Kasturi methi - 1 tspn
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - few chopped
METHOD:
- Heat a pan with butter and add chopped onions on it.
- Then a spoon of ginger garlic paste and mix it
- Once it toss, add all vegetables on it and toss it for 2 mins..
- Add in pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves..
- Now add kasturi methi, atlast add capsicum on it and cook until the vegetables is half cooked...
- Now the mixer is ready to place it on the bread
- Preheat the oven for 10 mins on 180 Degree C...
- Take a grill tray, place the bread ...
- Spread some butter over it and again spread sezhwan sauce on it
- Now add in veggies mixer on the bread and spread it with greated cheese evenly on the top of the bread..
- Place it oven and baked for 10mins...
- Now yum.....VEG BREAD PIZZA ready
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup..

Take your ingredients
In a kadai add butter
Add in onions
A spoon of ginger garlic paste
Add all the vegetables and toss it for 2 mins
Add in pepper and salt
Chopped coriander leaves
Add kasturi methi
Chopped capsicum
Place the bread on the tray
Add butter and spread it over
Spread sauce on it
Now add veg mixer evenly on the bread
Then greated cheese
Pop it in the oven for 10 mins
The bread pizzas are ready
Serve it with tomato ketchup
