INGREDIENTS:
Onion - 1 (sliced into square)
Capsicum - 1/2 (sliced into square)
Garlic paste - 1 spn
Tomato sauce - 2spn
Soya sauce- 1/2 spn
Chilli sauce - 1/2 spn
Salt - as required
Coriander leaves - as required
FOR FRYING:
Cauliflower - 1
Cornstarch - 1 spn
Maida - 1spn
Rice flour - 1/2 spn
Pepper powder - 1/2 spn
Salt - 1spn
Oil - as required
METHOD:
- First wash the cauliflower along with turmeric powder, salt and warm water and drained it..
- Now in a bowl add washed cauliflower and frying items along with it and mix it well..
- Now heat a kadai with oil and fry it the cauliflower crisply
- In a pan add oil , garlic paste, and all the sauces and mix them well..
- Then add onion, capsicum, fried cauli flower lightly toss them
- Then the dish is ready to serve..
- I serve it with cumin rice and fried rice..
PICTORIAL:
Take your ingrediants
Warm water in a bowl and cauliflower
Add turmeric powder
Mix them with hand
Strained it
Now add cornstarch
Maida flour
Rice flour
Pepper powder and salt
Mix them well
Fry them
Put oil in kadai
Garlic paste
All the sauce on it
Then onion and capsicum on it
Toss them well
Now add fried cauliflower
Coriander leaves
Mix lightly
Ready to serve
