INGREDIENTS :
Red aval - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Cashew - 15
Cordamom powder - 1 spn
Ghee - 1/2 cup
METHOD :
- In a pan add red aval and roast it well, now allow to cool it
- In a blender add roasted aval and make to a powder.
- In the same blender add sugar, cordamom powder and again blend into a powder, now keep aside.
- In a kadai add coconut and roast it well untill it became brown.
- Now mix all, which have done. In another kadai add ghee to it
- When it heat add cashew and toss well.
- Now add to the aval mixer and mix evenly
- Now the red aval oatma is ready.

Now add sugar
Cordamom powder to that
In another kadai add coconut and roast till brown
In a bowl add powdered aval
roasted coconut and keep aside
In a kadai add ghee to it
Some cashew nuts
Roast till it became brown
Pour it into the aval mixer
Mix evenly
