INGREDIENTS :
FOR MARINATING:
Small prawns - 15
Salt - 1/ 2 spn
Soya sauce - 1/2 spn
Corn flour - 1/2 spn
Pepper powder- 1/2 spn
Water if needed
Oil - for frying
MAKING SAUCE :
Oil - 1 spn
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Red chilli - 2 ( broken)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2 spn
Red chilli sauce - 1 spn
Soya sauce - 1 spn
Pepper powder -1 pinch
Coriander leaves - as needed
Spring onions - as needed
Salt - optional
METHOD :
- Take pranws in a bowl and add all the items given in the ingredients "FOR MAGINATING" except oil.
- Marginate for 10 mins and now it's time to frying.
- Now heat the oil for frying, after oil is heatted drop the prawns in and fry till golden. drain it and keep aside.
- In another pan heat 1 spn of oil , add in onions, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and saute for a min.
- Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and saute for a min.
- Add in fried prawns, coriander leaves, spring onions and some pepper powder and saute for a mins.
- Now the prawns manchurian is ready.
PICTORIAL :
Take all ingredients
In a bowl add prawns, corn flour, pepper powder and salt
Then soya sauce
Mix well
Now deep fry the prawns in hot oil
drain once it is brown
Prawns fried
Heat oil ,add in onions
Ginger garlic paste and broken red chilli in
Some chilli powder
Add in tomato sauce
Add in red chilli sauce
And some soya sauce
Mix well untill the sauce became thickened
Add in fried prawns
Then coriander leaves
Add the green part of spring onions
A nd a pinch of pepper powder
Toss well
It's ready

This prawns manchurian is ready to eat -- can u ???? ha ha ha ..... This is so easy and tasty delicious dish to have... i had it with fried rice my son enjoyed it very well. This is the best prawns dish i ever tasted it any where it is sooooooogood !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so try it at home and let me give a comment about this....
