Baby corn sesame stir fry is a simple and easy crispy recipe.. Here the baby corn is coated with flour batter and then they are fried till crispy and later stir fried with some chinese sauses with spices.. It has a unique texture of crispy inside and soft texture outside..

INGREDIENTS :
Oil - 2 tspn
Onion - 1 (Finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1/2 (Finely chopped)
Garlic - 2 garlic (crushed)
Chilli flakes - 2 tspn
Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tspn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
FOR BATTER :
Baby corn - 7 (peel and cut into strips)
Sesame seed - 2 tspn
Cornflour - 2 tspn
Maida - 1 tspn
Rice flour - 1 tspn
Salt - as per need
Water - for sprinkle
METHOD :
- Cut the Baby corn into thin strips, keep aside.
- And in a mixing bowl take batter ingredients and baby corn, mix it well..
- Sprinkle some water to make it a thick paste consistency..
- Keep it for 15 mins..
- In a pan with oil and fry the corn till crispy and golden brown..
- Remove them to a plate and keep aside..
- In another pan add oil, crushed garlic, toss well.
- Add in onion, capsicum mix it well till they became transparent..
- Now add chilli flakes, tomato ketchup toss well..
- (When you want to serve the dish) add fried corn, mix it well till they coated and some coriander leaves, stir well...
- Then sesame baby corn fry is ready to serve..
- Enjoy..
PICTORIAL :
Take baby corn and remove the skin
Cut them into strips
Take ingredients for the batter
Now add in baby corn
Mix well by drizzling some water
Now fry them in hot oil
Till crispy and golden
Now transfer them to a plate
Take some oil in a pan
Add in crushed garlic
Now add in chopped onion and capsicum
Toss them till transparent
Add in chilli flakes
Mix it well
Add in tomato sauce
Mix it well
Now add in fried corn
Mix it well till they combained
Add in chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well
Transfer them to a plate with sliced onion
