Onion aloo kulcha is the soft yummy paratta dish that is stuffed with onion potato mixture which make it favouriteful. It is my own way to make this fabolous dish. This is not difficult to make and the main step is magiante the dough for 15 mins that make the paratta is soft and easy to roll.......So please try it at home and tell me how is comes from you...

INGREDIENTS:
FOR DOUGH:
Wheat flour - 1cup
Salt - 1 spn
Oil - 1spn
Milk - 1/2 cup
Warm water - as required
FOR FILLING:
Potato - 2(Large boiled and mashed)
Onion - 1(Finely chopped)
Chilli Powder - 1 spn
Coriander powder - 1/2 spn
Chat masala - 1pinch
Coriander leaves - as required
Salt - as required
METHOD:
- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour , salt , oil, milk and mix well
- Pour in water and make a soft dough
- Let its rest for 30 mins
- Mix the every ingrediants given for the filling together , set this aside.
- Divide the dough and filling into equal portion make it into round ball
- Take the potato ball and fill in inside the dough ball and roll it into thick paratta
- Heat the tawa and fry this paratta by applying oil on the both side till golden
- Serve hotly

Make a dough
Take your ingrdiants for filling
Mash potato in a bowl and then onion
Add coriander leaves
Coriander powder
Chat masala
Chilli powder
Add salt
Mix it well
Make it a ball
Place the filling in the dough
Cover it and make a ball
In chappathi maker take a
some wheat flour and round it
Then make a paratta
Heat a tawa and place on it
Turn over and applying some oil
Now the paratta is fried brownly
Serve and enjoy
