I love experimenting with different types of dosa recipes...Dosa is a stable food in our home... Hubby loves dosa's and idli more than anything else... Among the dosa recipe my favourite thing is stuffing dosas with different type of filling... So far i have done Aloo masala dosa, Mushroom kal dosa....
My love for mushrooms made me to try out this dosa, And try to my suprise it turned out so yum.... Here i am use coconut milk in the masala which gives excallent taste to the filling... If you wish you can add in ground up cashew and make this stuffiing more rich..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serve : 2-3
INGREDIANTS:
Button Mushroom - 10 (washed and cut it into small pieces)
Chilli Powder - 2 spn
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 spn
Garam masala powder - 1spn
Cumin powder - 1/4 spn
Small capsicum - 1 (chopped)
Onion - 2 (Finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (Finely chopped)
Kasuri methi - 1tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1tspn
Coconut milk - 1 cup (thick)
Salt - as required
Butter - 25gms
Dosai batter - as required
METHOD:
- In a kadai add butter, capsicum, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato and toss them well
- Now add in all spices then mushroom, coconut milk, kasuri methi and salt toss it untill the gravy become thick.
- In a dosai tawa put a ladle of batter on it and roll into dosa and turn the dosa and it must be crispy.
- Click Idli, dosa batter to view.
- Now the dosa is ready and place the masala in center of dosa
- Fold the dosa in a traingular shape.
- Now the mushroom dosai is ready
- Serve it now the crispy mushroom masala dosa
PICTORIAL:
Take all the spices
In a kadai add butter, capsicum
Now chopped onion
Ginger garlic paste
Add tomato
All the spices
And add cutted mushroom on it
Now add thick coconut milk
Then Kasuri methi
Toss it well till the gravy become thick
Take dosa batter
Heat a tawa
Pour a ladle of batter
Roll into dosa
Sprinkle some oil
Turn it over
Now again turn over and add masala on it
Fold it
Into traingle shape
Now the yummy dosa is ready
