A very simple fry, yet very taste.. It pairs well with sambar rice, curd rice, lemon rice.. Ahealthy alternatives to potatoes.. Most imporatant is the fry in medium flame and roast it slowly untill done.. You should select a good verity of chamma kizhangu and everything depends on quality..

Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 20 mins
Marination time :1/2 hour
Serve - 3 to 4
INGREDIENTS:
Chamma kizhangu - 1/2 kg
Chilli powder - 3 spn
Red food colour - 1 pinch
Rice flour - 2 spn
Corn starch - 4 spn
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
METHOD:
- Boil the kizhangu and cut it into small strips
- In a mixing bowl add kizhangu,chilli powder,red colour,corn starch,rice flour and salt
- Now mix it and keep it for 1/2 hour
- Then in a frying pan add oil when it's heat add the mixture one by one, on it
- Fry it,till it became red and now serve

take your ingredients
Add kizhangu and chilli powder
A pinch of red colour
Add in salt
Then corn starch
Add in rice flour
Mix well
kept it for 30 mins
Heat a pan with oil
like this
Add one by one
Allow it to fry
Till it became red
