Mild Mushroom Peas pulao



I loved mushroom in any dishes. This dish is pulao using mushroom ,it is simple and elegant rice that goes pretty well with any spicy side dishes . The flavour of the dish comes from butter, once all the veggies are toss in butter and add in milk to cook the rice. It is yummy, delicious and mild - sweety lunch.. INGREDIENTS:

Button mushroom -1 pocket (clean and cut them)
Onion - 2 (Chopped)
Capsicum -1 (small, chopped)
Green peas -150 gms (frozen)
Ginger garlic paste -2 tspn 
White pepper powder - 2spn
Basmathi rice - 2cups (i use Indiangate classic)
Milk - 1 cup
Cilantro / Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Mint / Pudina - few (chopped)
Butter - 50 gms
Salt - to taste

METHOD :



  • Prepare all your ingredients...
  • Heat a pan with butter and allow to melt..
  • Add in chopped onions and allow to cook till transparent..
  • Add in chopped capsicum and toss well.
  • Now add in peas and in mushroom and toss well.
  • Once it mix well, add in soaked rice and mix well.
  • Add in milk and chopped coriander and mint leaves and mix well.
  • Whistle it for 3 and switch off the flame..
  • Open the cooker when it subside..
  • Fluffy it well..serve hot.

PICTORIAL:

 Take a pressure cooker add in butter
 Now add in onion
 Add in capsicum
Add in ginger garlic paste and pepper  
Then add in green peas 
Now add mushroom and fried it in the oil 
Then add in salt, mix it well 
 Now add in socked rice
 Add in milk
 Atlast pudina and cilantro
whistled it for 3
Now tasty mushroom pulao is ready,
serve it hot
